MOBILE PDP OPTIMIZATION ACROSS 3 DTC BRANDS (GREENLANE)

Project Overview

As Director of Ecommerce at Greenlane, I led a company-wide initiative to research and implement mobile PDP best practices across three direct-to-consumer websites. With over 75% of our customers shopping on mobile, the goal was to improve UX and create a consistent, high-performing product page experience across brands.


Tools/Skills: Ecommerce Strategy, UX/UI, HTML/CSS, Shopify, Adobe Creative Cloud, PDP Optimization , Mobile UX, Research and Analysis, Content Hierarchy, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Multi-Site Implementation


Focus: Improving mobile product page UX and standardizing structure, content hierarchy, and purchase-critical information across three DTC websites.

Created outlines, UX drafts, and mock-ups for a unified PDP structure.
 

Built HTML/CSS prototypes for testing.
